Extra! Extra!
When you bring your vehicle to Morris Collision Center, we want the process to feel easy, clear, and stress‑free. Here’s what you can expect from start to finish.
1. A quick greeting and basic information
We’ll take your name, contact details, and a brief description of what happened. If you have insurance paperwork, you can hand that over too.
2. A visual inspection of your vehicle
We walk around the car with you, look at the damage, and note anything that may affect repairs. Some issues can only be seen once parts are removed, but we always explain that upfront.
3. Photos and documentation
We take pictures of the damage for our records, for your insurance company, and to track progress during repairs.
4. A clear estimate
You’ll get a written estimate explaining labor, parts, paint work, and any additional steps. If hidden damage is found later, we contact you before doing anything.
5. Scheduling your repair
Once you approve the estimate, we set a repair date. Parts are ordered immediately to avoid delays.
6. Repair and paint work
Your vehicle goes through body repair, prep, paint, and finishing. We use quality materials and follow proper safety and repair standards.
7. Updates during the process
If anything changes — parts delays, extra damage found, or timeline adjustments — we reach out right away. No surprises.
8. Final inspection and cleaning
Before you pick up your vehicle, we check the repair work, paint match, alignment, and overall finish. We make sure everything looks right.
9. Pickup and payment
When repairs are complete, you’ll get a final walkthrough of the work done. Payment is due at pickup, and vehicles cannot be released until the balance is paid.
10. Warranty and support
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days. If you notice anything after you leave, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
By using our services, leaving your vehicle with us, or approving any repair, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions.
